Schultes Precision’s world class Makino a51nx Horizontal Milling Flex Machining System is second to none. The cell consists of (4) Makino a51nx Horizonal Machining Centers integrated into a (78) pallet robotic retrieval system.   This unique system features the ability to maintain “resident set-up” of the parts which enables on demand manufacturing in synchronous to customers’ requirements without costly batch set-up expenses.

This is ideal for serial production of parts which have a continuous need, yet allows much flexibility. This further helps with process flow as the parts can be efficiently manufactured on this system. In addition, this cell also has (7) Makino a51nx Horizontal Milling Centers which stand alone for high volume dedicated machining for a total capacity of (11) machines.
